We were commissioned by arts-based charity ACAVA to overhaul their current web presence and create a bespoke social networking platform for their artists.

The site features a full content management system which allows ACAVA to update information about their network of artists’ studio buildings, community projects and exhibitons via an easy-to-use interface.

With ACAVA artists dispersed across 30-40 different buidlings in London, the charity needed a way of bringing those artists together in order to promote their work and foster greater artistic collaboration. The second half of the project will involve us creating a bespoke social networking site that enables individual artists to register with ACAVA, create a profile, upload their work in a variety of rich media formats and then collaborate with other artists.

As with all our web projects, the site is built in open source software, meaning ACAVA don’t have any ongoing licensing fees and can run their site with minimal costs.
